Why Can't A Person Get To A Real Website Without

Why can't a person get to a real website without clicking and only getting more websites? I am experiencing excruciating pain in my left side below my breasts and near the middle if my stomach area down to my waist line. I couldn't get in bed last night and had to sleep in a recliner. Coughing and sneezing makes me scream.
