Why Did My Bilirubin Slightly Increase And Symptoms Return After Stopping Liv52, Despite Improved SGPT, SGOT And Lifestyle Changes?

Hello doc, 22 yr old male here, no smoking and non alcoholic..it is just my ldl cholesterol was 100 and triglycerides are 138 and had digestive issues but the main problem is i had sgpt and sgot 85.8 and 57.8 respectively. After taking liv52 for 1 month my sgpt and sgot lvls are 49 and 35 respectively. But total bilirubin increased from 1.89 to 1.92...why did it increase even though i made lifestyle modification and took medicine. I discontinued liv52 for 1 week and now i am facing yellow faeces which smells and also acidity...is it that if i discontinue the medicine my lvls will increase again? Also i had a sedentary lifestyle from 2yrs
