Why Do I Bleed After Masturbation?

Hi. For the past year...me and my boyfriend have been doing the pull out method....without fail:) Last month...I did not get my period. My periods were always irregular up until a few years ago. Now, when I masturbate....i bleed a little. Please, what's going on?
