Why Do I Face Intense Pain In Head And Neck After Standing Up?

I'm 55 yr old female with no health problems, upon standing my head feels like it is going to explode the back of my neck hurts and I have to find a place to sit immediately due to intense pain in my head/neck, I have had no injury of any kind the onset of this has been three days, what in the world could this be?
