Why Do I Feel Inflammation After Eating Chicken Or Food After 6p.m, And Could My Symptoms Mean My H. Pylori Infection Has Returned?

Hi good day i feel inflammation when i consume chicken and sometimes when i eat anything at all after 6pm its like i feel very weak and sleepy and it scares me i used to have the problem before i was diagnosed with hpylorie i took some pills and it got better i think but now i feel like I’m having the hpylorie again can you give reasons why i feel inflamed oh abd i have hsv2.
