Why Do I Feel Like I Need To Use The

Why do I feel like I need to use the bathroom when I don't? It has that little stinging feeling done there. When I try, only a few drop come out and it starts to sting. I also noticed there's this clear red-ish stuff slowly coming out. It keeps continuously happening for like maybe 3 days.
