Why Do I Feel Like Fluid Retaining Around My Waist And Abdomen?

i am on topril 25 mg. and hctz for fluid retention.. I am only 39 and already in menopause. I also take estridiol 2 mg daily.. lately my legs the lower part have been tingling and its so frustrating and I am gained so much weight. Today I have gained 3 lbs since i awoke and i took a fluid pill around 11:30 today I've been to the bathroom only a few times doesn't seem to working. most of the fluid feels like its around my waist and abdomen.. any suggestions??
