Why Do I Frequently Get Vaginal Infections And UTIs Despite Good Hygiene, And Why Is There Curd-like Discharge For The First Time After Sex?

I get very frequently infection in my vagina although I maintain hygien. Ager some week I get a strong itching due to this my left side(alway on left side) labia minor and clitoris gets swollen but I don t have curd like discharge nd i get very frequently UTI although I drink lots of water nd maintain hygien. But this time when I had sex with my bf then I came to know that I had infection because curd like discharge is comes out for the first time in my life.
