Why Do I Have A Sudden Cold Feeling All Over My Body Where I Go Blind & Dizzy?

Hey there. So, I've experienced this a couple of times before and today when I woke up and headed to the washroom to brush my teeth and such I got this unexplainable feeling in my abdominal area. It was a terrible feeling so I thought I just needed to walk it off. Then I got this sudden cold feeling all over my body. Next thing you know, I go blind and I get really dizzy. This has happened before, but this time it was alot worse.
