Why Do I Have Brown Spotting After Stopping Primolut-N When I Have Found Out That I Am Pregnant?

Hi Dr, I had done pregnancy home kit test and the kit shows positive result...after that I visited a hospital and did transvaginal ultra sound...but in that Dr could not see anything as pregnancy...she gave me primolut- n tablet to have 3 time a day for 3 days...i have stopped the tablet 2 days before .....now I am getting brown spottings ...what should I do ...am I pregnant or not ?
