Why Do I Have Difficulty In Conceiving Despite Treatment With High Prolactin, Dopamine And Cabergoline And Negative HCG Test?

Hi, am 24 years I have been trying to get pregnant since Sept last year , wen to clinic found that I have high prolactin of 35ng , i was put on dopamine 1tab everyday for a month later 2tabs but nothing changed then after carbergoline 2 tabs per week now a month My periods are late 4 days hcg negative, what should I do?
