Why Do I Have Pain In My Knee After Total

Why do I have pain in my knee after total knee replacement it hurts on the inside of my knee and on the back what can help I also seem to have tight muscles and possibly tight ligaments in my knee won't seem to get straight my name is Kim goff and I would like some advice
