Why Do I Have Premenstrual Symptoms All The Time?

hi i have been having some female problems for sometime now and am not sure what could be wrong with me so im hoping you can help. my lower abdominal stomach hurts constantly even when im not on my period though the pain intensifies very much while on my cycle, it hurts me sometime to pee and to have sex. i notice sometimes after sex i have spots of blood on the toilet paper, i constantly have extremely bad headaches like almost every single day, i have lower back pains contstantly, my right hip hurts constantly, i am always feeling tired, weak, dizzy and lightheaded also i notice that while on my period i have pains that shoot down my left leg mostly sometime down my right one too, my vagina constantly hurts. can you tell me what you think is wrong with me?
