Why Do I Have Rashes, Swelling And Redness In Fingers?

For several months now I have been experiencing random swelling in the fingers of both hands. This is typically true of mornings when waking and at various points during the day. Sometimes the swelling is associated with redness in the affected area. I usually have moderate pain in these joints upon waking which subsides after an hour or so of movement. Often my toes will swell and toe joints experience pain. Legs sometimes covered in red to purple blotchy rash while toes will become completely purple or red. I am female, 23, 130lbs, and 5 ft 6. Healthy. No known allergies.
