Why Do I Have Several Small Purple Circular Bruises On My Skin In Various Places On My Body?

I recently have found several very small (Like tip of a match) sized purple circle bruises on my skin in various places on my body. There s only 4 or 5 total I ve noticed, but wanted to make sure its nothing to worry about. It almost looks like a bruise from a small pinch.
