Why Do I Still Feel A Burning Sensation In My Penis And Scrotum After Using Diluted Dettol And Antifungal/antibacterial Cream?

Hi Doc, I washed my penis and scrotum with diluted Lime Dettol and applied (anti fungal+anti bacterial cream) due to itchiness later I started to feel a burning sensation. The next day I went to doctor and did all the test for STD, hepatitis, VRDL, etc even urine test but all turned negative. There is no visible damage on my penile which I can see and it s not swelling or turning red.... But still I feel a burning sensation in my penis and scrotum. Please help
