Why Do I Still Feel Pregnant Three Weeks After An Abortion?

Please has an abortion 3weeks ago and from this week i feel tired , continue urine , tenderness in breast and my belly still fast . Went to the hospital to check . The ultrasound scan show that there is nothing in my womb and i also went for bhcg , that one too show am not pregnant . But still feeling that am pregnant
