Why Do I Still Have Painful Yellow Crust On My Mustache And Beard 4 Days After An Allergic Reaction To Men’s Hair Dye?

I have a allergic reaction to men’s hair dye on my face the swelling went down after taking some allergy medicine prescribed by a doctor but I still have all this yellow crust on my mustache and beard and it burns and hurt when I move my face still 4 days after treatment
