Why Do I Feel Cold In My Lower Parts Of The Legs?

hello doc, im jaswinder kaur 46 year , female. i have some problem from 5 year in my lower part of legs .the problem is that i feel cold in my lower parts of legs in rainy nd winter season. plz give sum advice for this problem.
