Why Do I Feel Weak And Tightness On One Side Of The Neck?

hi my name is brandon i am 19 years old i am traveling in australia at the moment... a few days a ago i had a small fever and was feeling nostalgic... today i have been dizzy feeling sick and coughing... my symptoms are my left side of my body feels disorientated and weak my through and neck are tight on one side and my left nostril feel more closed then usual i have hot moments when i move my head please can you help
