Why Do My Ears Pop After Continuous Sneezing?

i stuck a qtip too far and it bled a little. that night i had a little more bleeding, the next day i have an almost instant attack or tickle in my throat. that also was accompanied by massive coughing and throwing up of mucus. i then had high fever, disorientation, and slept for a day and a half. now i am past the fever, i have started having diarrhea non stop along with sneezing and running nose. i must have sneezed 500 times today no joke. i have this full feeling in my head along with some soreness and popping of ears like i was on a plane or road through the mountains. are these two correlated. do i have an influenza?
