Why Do My Nipples Hurt?

Hello. I am a 39 yr old female. I need some kind of answer for this. My boyfriend and I had sex on the 12th. We did.not.use protection. I noticed a a couple days later my nipples started to hurt to the point where I could not stand anything touching me. The a day or to later my breasts swelled. That was all before my period was to start on the 27th. But they are fine now. We also.had sex.on the 22nd this time he.ejaculated inside me. I started to cramp up on the 24 25.26 no bleeding started.to spot on the 27th. The 28th still had spotting. The 29th and the 30th I bled.like normal. But.only two.days. The next day it stopped. Now I just have spotting. Sometimes it is red or pink and sonetimes it looks brownish pink. But it only shows when.i wipe. Not on the liner. I get a twinge.on my left lower abdoman. And I did have a little cramping.but did not.last long. What should I do. Cause I dont think you.can.get pregnant a week before a period. Thanks.
