Why Does Bisoprolol Cause Delayed Or Absent Ejaculation And Is There An Alternative Beta-blocker That Won’t Have This Effect?

Hi, I had a heart attack in 2021 and am now on drugs for it. I take bisoprolol furmanate, Aspirim, Ramipril and Atorvastatin. Since taking these, I have been getting delayed ejaculation, taking over an hour most times, or not emasculating at all. I have read that bisoprolol can cause this. Is there an alternative beta blocker which will allow me to have more normal ejaculation. I have no problem with getting and keeping erection for hours, just can’t enaculate. Thanks
