Why Does I Have A Burning Sensation In The Throat Whenever I Take Food?

i suffer from all diabetic medicines. It makes entire throat pipe burning and I cannot take anyfood. metformin,pioglitazone, galvus even Insulin creaes the similar burning sessions in my throat pipe and mouth. It also created a geogeaphical tongue to me. I have been advised by my Diabetologist to go and meet a allergist to check my allergies. van you please answer. I live in Mumbai
