Why Does Facial Skin Turn Dark After Using Creams?

hello Dr. my name is nafis i am from M.P. and my problem is....... in my face there is darks spots in my both chicks, i was try enough creams and facewashes and for some time it is venish but after it comes again.

when i use any beauty cream after some minutes my face become dark why is it happen....plz give me a satisfactory rply.
