Why Does It Hurt To Swallow Coffee In The Morning?

Scared... woke up as i drank my coffee i quickly felt it hard to swallow.. felt like something was in my throat . with my hand i felt a big lump ... i don't smoke cigarettes the bump feels big and hurts when i swallow .. i have not been sick .... i am 38 ..
