Why Does My Chest Feel Tight With The Urge To Burp After Smoking, And Could My Elevated Heart Rate And Neck Lump Be Related?

Hi everytime I smoke my chest felt tight and I wanted to burp and release some air from my chest. I have smoked meth as well and my heart beat per my watch is at 112bpm. And then recently i have notice a lump on the back of my neck below the occipital it seems it is located in the triangle section of my neck.
