Why Does My Ejaculate Come Out Little By Little?

ok when i was little i was born early and my penis didnt develop all the way and i got it fixed after so many surgerys,

and now me and my wife are trying to have a baby, and i notice when i ejaculate i dont shoot out like im suppose to, it comes out but it just comes out little by little..

so am i gona be able to have kids??????
