Why Does My Erection Almost Touch My Navel While In Bed?

Hi there, I have a problem with my erection angle when I lay in bed it almost touches my Belly button and when i stand it stands erect more than 90° it snaps back hard when i try to pull it lower when am asleep...I have thought about a tight Suspensory ligament i don t really know what is wrong
