Why Does My Labia Minora Look Abnormal With White Vaginal Discharge?

I am a 16 year old girl who is not sexually active, and my labia minora pretty much looks dead. It literally resembles a hamburger in texture and color. My vagina and pelvic area are all a pinkish color except the labia minora. I have some white vaginal discharge, and I was wondering if this is some sort of disease that I should get treated or if this is just very disgusting but how my labia minora naturally is.
