Why Does My Right Ear Sound Muffled When I Tilt My Head Forward After An Upper Respiratory Infection And Recent Ear Drainage?

Hello, I m 31 turning 32. I had holes in my ear drums as a child and was instructed to use an ear drop solvent to help with my ears. I m at the end of an upper resparitory infection. Although now whenever I tilt my head forward, my right ear sounds muffled and only when I tilt my head forward. My ear drained for a very short period shortly before this started. It s only been happening for about 3 hours now.
