Why Does My Right Nostril Bleed Daily During Showers And Sometimes While Sleeping?

Hi, everytime I am taking a shower my right nose will bleed. Everytime it is not a sometime thing but an everyday thing. Sometime when I am sleeping my nose bleed as well I will wake up on pool of blood. I am scared and tired at the same time please help.
