Why Does My Skin Get Blotches Of Red And Heats
Why does my skin get blotches of red and heats up when I exercise, while I'm outdoors in the sun, when I stand for too long, and while I shower? It's not that itchy or painful, just mainly annoying. It happens even when I'm hydrated. When it shows up it's pretty much all over my body, specially when I exercise.
