Why Does My Teenage Brother Have Left Axis Deviation On ECG Despite Being Healthy?

Hii my brother has ECG abnormalities left axis deviation with normal bp and he is just 18 year old. He has no injuries not any symptoms. Then why it happen to him infact he is very fit always excercise nd eat healthy. Is it a serious problem and how it be cured ??
