Why Does One Have A Feeling Of Pressure On The Head?

My son just told me that he is suffering from a pressure feeling on his head when he lays down to go to sleep. He said he hasn't been getting a lot of sleep due to this situation. He has been getting sick more often for the past several months too. I am starting to connect the dots. But I have no idea why he has the pressure feeling when laying down.
