Why Does One Side Of My Body Go Ice Cold After Walk?

I am having left shoulder and neck pain. I have started walking and about 30 min into to walking I noticed my let arm and leg was like ice cold and the right side of my body was normal. I've been dizzy and sick to my stomach at times, just wondering what this could be? My email is YYYY@YYYY
