Why Has My Lip Pigmentation Worsened After Using Demaline Cream And Sebamed SPF Lip Balm?

Hi I have got full upper lip pigmented and lower lips pigmented corners leaving only middle portion of lips pink. My lips where pink since birth. I applied demaline cream for 5 nights for 5mins and during day I applied sebamed spf 30 lip balm. I noticed my lips that where pink becoming dark as well. I also noticed my pigmentation reduced slightly on the dark portion. I am scared what should I do.
