Why Hasn’t My Spotting Stopped Despite Treatment For A Subchorionic Hematoma At 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 6th week pregnant. Suddenly got a sharp pain in my uterus then get an ultrasound.find pregnancy is uterine but subcorionic hematoma is there..a well defined sac but fetal pole not visualised and cardiac activity not accepted. Since last week doctor giving me hucog 5000 and progestrone injection every week with medicine. But my spotting not stopping even 3 time passed dark red clots. Still I am going from this problem...why my spotting is not stopping... Is everything ok??
