Why Have I Been Getting Knots Like Bumps And Welts Leading To Swelling?

i have been getting skin knots like bumps and whelts since friday that i thought came from a bee. but being seen from urgent care sat along with swelling in those areas has gotten me confused because they keep returning. just had lap ventral hernia repair with mesh 3 weeks ago. what could be wrong?
