Why Have I Been Given Ammonium Lactate Cream And Cutivate Cream?

hi i am 18 years old. i have been diagnosed with tiena versicolor i have had it for over 2 months. i have seen over 5 doctors and nothing seems to make it better it just keeps spreading now it covers my upper back up to my neck my chest my upper arms and beggining to get on my checks on my face :(. I have used selsun blue shampoo taken antifungual pills next dermo told me to use loprox shampoo on my body and ertaczo cream. Now a dermo told me she thinks it is not tiena versicolor so how i am using ammonium lactate cream and cutivate cream. Both of these have side effects that cause loss of pigmentation and says to not put on your face but she told me to use it still. I dont know what to do i just want it to get better what should i do?
