Why Have I Had Scrotal Eczema For Over A Year Despite Using Benzoyl Peroxide?

I have scrotal eczema for over a year. Have been using benzoyl peroxide 5 % but itchness and spread continues only on scrotum. The spots make me very insecure and haven t had sex since. Is there a way spots go away and my sack return to normal. Would lime juice help if I use instead of topical cream?. I have good hygiene practices.
