Why Have I Not Got My Period After Taking Duphaston And An HCG Injection, While Only Having Brownish Discharge Instead?

Hi I m married last year feb I want to conceive i got my last period 10th may but my cycle is regular after 26 days I was suppose to get my period on 4 doctor suggest me duphaston from 11th day of my cycle till 25 day and I took hcg injection also on 10th day of my cycle I m thyroid patient I stoped duphaston on 4the jun still no periods only getting brownish discharge plz tell me is there any serious issue
