Why Have My Genital Herpes Outbreaks Shifted From The Penis To The Butt Crack After Hernia Surgery?

Hi....I was diagnosed with genital herpes years ago and used to breakout on my penis. I m not sure what happened but after having a hernia repair surgery I don t breakout on my penis anymore instead I m breaking out in the crack of my butt. What can I do to stop these breakouts.
