Why Haven T I Gotten My Period After Taking Modus For 3 Days, Despite Having PCOD And A Delayed Period Last Month As Well?

Hi doctor iam used allergy injection 2months back after that my period was delay and I have mild pcod doctor suggest modus 10mg last month I got period but this month iam also used that but course was done 3days but still not getting a period. What can I solve this
