Why Haven T My Periods Resumed And Why Am I Gaining Weight After Stopping Petogen Over Two Years Ago?

I stop taking petogen since last year June and now it s been more than 2 years not seeing my periods. I was hoping after stop taking petogen every day will go back to normal. Also I m gain weight each and every day. I don t know what to do I need help
