Why Haven’t I Had My Period For Almost A Year Despite Having Symptoms Like Cramps, Mood Swings, And Headaches?

This is kind of embarrassing askBut I haven t had my menstrual cycle and almost a year Well it would be a year in late June and early July but I m just asking cuz is there something seriously wrong with me or is it because I ve been dealing with a lot of stress and stuff but I have the symptoms having a period Like I do have mood swings a lot I do get cramps every once in awhile I do have headaches but the blood is not coming out I don t know what to do
