Why Haven’t I Had My Period Since Nexplanon Removal, And What Does It Mean That I Noticed Steam Coming From My Vagina After Sex?

I had my nexplanon removed last month and for a month now I have not had my period but when I was on the nexplanon I had regular periods and now since I have had it removed I have not had a period at all. And I have been having unprotected sex since then. Well yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex and today I noticed that my vagina had steam coming out of it. Can u tell me what that means please. I'm worried
