Why Haven’t I Had Withdrawal Bleeding 5 Days After Stopping Progyluton?

Hi doctor, I m taking progyluton from 2 months this month when I stopped the medication but there is no withdrawal bleeding occurs. Its been 5th day today and I have really concerned what should I do. I also checked my pregnancy level checked there is no sign of pregnancy or even I do intercourse from 2 months. Plz solve my query now what should I do i will be very thankful.
