Why Haven’t My Periods Started Even 10 Days After The Last Dose Of Deviry When I Have PCOS And High Prolactin?

Hi, 30 yrs old.My last period date was 11 th April 2023. Test upt 4 times but negative.I have mild pcos and prolactin is 40. Both medications corectia for pcos and cabgolin for prolactin are continuing. My gyne prescribed deviry 10 MG for 10 days. After completing last dose today is 10 th day but no periods.What to do now?
