Why I Am Having Moderate Bleeding From A Small Cut?

hi.. I got a cut the other day wasn't too bad though it would not stop bleeding
and looked quite yuk as i could see my veins, i went to the hospital and the
doctor cleaned it and put on the skin glue stuff.. last night i noticed it was
bleeding again and also looks like the is blood kinda being trapped... is this
bad... should i go back to the doctor...or will it just heel fine. its been 4
days now.
